Provided shipping addresses by customer as the sole responsibility of said customer to be 100% correct. If any address is un-deliverable by USPS to stateside/FPO/APO/DPO the order will be returned to our office address shown on the shipped package. If the case of a lost shipment the customer is responsible for either re-purchasing the order or following up on the order with the USPS. does send insured packages but opening a case, getting refunded for a non-returned shipment due to a bad address sometimes is deemed not refundable by the USPS if shipped internationally.

All orders are shipped out and tracking emails are provided to the corresponding client to whom is provided or is addresses to on the shipping label.
