What’s your return policy?
Custom coins are based on the approved artwork that is sent to our customers via email. Once the artwork is confirm, the coins are made per those specs. If any coins were made outside of the artwork specs or any mistakes were made that were correct on the confirmed artwork the order will be reviewed once returned. If the conclusion that the factory made the mistake we will replace the custom coin order asap.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. We use USPS for APO/FPO/ DPO shipping and FEDEX for stateside shipments.

Return Shipping?
Mix ups happen, If an order is produced by mistake and if said mistake is our fault we will send you a return label for your order. If the order is approved of being returned but was not the mistake of our production staff we request that you pay to ship the coins back to us. It’s a small request from a small business.
What is a mold fee?
Challenge coins just like any coins are made by stamping, This process requires a mold to be made. Each regular two sided coin requires two molds to made, A front and a back. Molds are kept in our factory, ready to be used on any and all of your re-orders of the same coin.
Please note : The shelf life of an un-used mold is 3 years. Then it is discarded. If a re-order is places within that 3 year span the mold will regain another 3 years of shelf life and retain its spot on the factory shelf.
