Our production time of an initial order or re-order is between 30 – 45 days . Canceling a custom coin order after the order is started will require some percentage of the payment to be withheld for production costs. This percentage can be from 10% all the way up to 60% of the paid cost depending on how far along the order is in production.
If your order is delayed for any reason and you want cancel it due to a missed scheduled date that was discussed either via email or phone, your request to cancel will be considered pending if said date was in excess of the production and shipping time required to produce the order.
